Some of them were added to the dinner that was prepared by all participants together. Besides, we could taste the traditional drink, Kama.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 150%;\">A traditional Estonian Sauna with birch tree branches rounded the day up.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<font face=\"Arial, sans-serif\">The next day the use of herbs for well-being was in the focus. K&uuml;llike Gergents from the local partner Lilleoru welcomed the group and showed the eco-village and especially the Flower of Life Park, combining sacred structures from various cultures and a herb garden, with different herbs in each petal of the flower.<\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<font face=\"Arial, sans-serif\">Lilleoru herb garden follows the principles of organic agriculture and permaculture. Different tea blends are produced and sold in an own shop.<\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<font face=\"Arial, sans-serif\">The pharmacist Maret Makko showed how to prepare a foot bath with yarrow and mugwort as well as a massage oil with jasmine and lavender to be used afterwards. To prepare the oil a transparent bottle should be filled to 1\/3 with the fresh herbs. Then a high quality oil should be added (jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil, olive oil or also sunflower oil). After two weeks at a sunny place (shaken twice a day), the oil can be filtered and filled in a dark bottle.<\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">&nbsp;<\/span><font face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">A common dinner at the eco-manor <\/span><\/font><font face=\"Trebuchet MS, serif\" style=\"line-height: 150%;\">P&otilde;hjaka was another opportunity to taste local food. At the manor own vegetables and herbs are grown and with other seasonal Estonian products used for the specific local and seasonal cuisine.<\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t[\/wptabcontent] [wptabtitle]Minutes[\/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%\">\n\t<font face=\"Arial, serif\">On 28 August 2014 Rainer Eidemiller warmly welcomed all participants at the Wabalinna House, the Community Centre of Paide, where the Association Weissenstein is located. You&nbsp;can participate in our workshop, where we learn how to make traditonal plant-based paint (so-caled&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">swedish-red).<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">13.h00 &#8211; Lunch at Wabalina house<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">14.h30 &#8211; We drive together to &bdquo;Matsim&auml;e&ldquo; &ndash; starting point for walking in Matsim&auml;e bog (learning&nbsp;about local wild plants in their natural environment). We walk about 7 km through the bog to&nbsp;Simisalu guest-house.<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Those who are not interested in walking in bog &ndash; transportation to Simisalu guest-house (which is&nbsp;also final stop for hikers).
